• 币种设置：建议根据需绑定外卡的币种来设置，其中

• USD 币种支持 AmEx，但如图绑定部分bin提示错误有半年多了，一直没有修
• 如果没有“国际支付”，把地区选到境外
• 外卡支付有 3% 手续费
